On July 23, 2023, the kick-off meeting of Hongming Technology's Lean manufacturing project was held in the company's training room. Nearly 100 people attended the meeting, including the Great Strategy consultant teacher, company executives, members of the Lean manufacturing working group, heads of relevant departments, and team leaders.

First of all, Zhao Junbin, the general manager, Zhang Weimin, the grand strategy consultant teacher, the deputy leader of Lean manufacturing implementation, and Luo Zhicheng, the representative of Lean manufacturing employees, made speeches on the company's promotion of Lean manufacturing, indicating the goal and determination of promoting activities. Then, under the leadership of Huang Zhifeng, the deputy group leader, all the participants took the oath of Lean manufacturing, signed by the relevant personnel, and Zhao Junbin, the general manager, awarded the company's eight Lean manufacturing model areas.

Zhao Junbin, the general manager, stressed at the launching ceremony that promoting Lean manufacturing is the requirement of the company's strategic development. All employees should unify their thoughts, achieve the same goals, and work together. With Lean manufacturing as the starting point, start from small improvements and changes around them, and gradually promote the implementation of the company's Lean manufacturing management, realize their own values, and achieve the company's development goals. Build the company into a leading and competitive enterprise in industry management, and promote high-quality development of the company.

After the launch ceremony, all participants participated in the training and guidance on "Comprehensive Skill Improvement of the Gold Medal Team" and "Eight Wastes and Improvement Methods in the Factory".
