Guangdong Southern Hongming Electronic Technology Co., LTD. 's project of "R&d and Industrialization of Ultra-high definition Video Ceramic Capacitors and Sensitive Resistors" was recently funded by "Guangdong Provincial Special Fund for New Generation Information Technology to Promote High-quality Economic Development in 2020". Hongming Technology has completed the planning, application, implementation and acceptance of the project in more than two years. As the only provincial special project in Dongguan city, it has successfully achieved the indicators of the project, and has been highly recognized and praised by provincial and municipal experts and industry users. Recently, it has successfully passed the provincial and municipal acceptance.


Uhd video is a trillion-level industry, and uHD video terminal equipment in its industrial chain is developing rapidly. Related products have the characteristics of increasing power frequency and power, increasing power density, and higher EMI resistance requirements. Therefore, the requirements for ceramic capacitors, varistors and thermistors in voltage resistance, frequency characteristics, temperature characteristics, moisture resistance and other aspects are improved, but also requires the production of new technology such as through hole reflux and surface mount SMT, so the demand for SMD patch products is more extensive and urgent.

In order to meet the requirements of uHD video industry for ceramic capacitors and varistors and thermistors, hongming implemented the project of "UHD Video Ceramic Capacitors and Sensitive Resistors R&D and Industrialization", and carried out new product r&d and industrialization upgrading in aspects of new materials, new technology and automation equipment.

1. Construction of automatic production line: 5 automatic and fully connected ceramic capacitor production lines and 2 dual-outlet high-speed rotary slapping machines were purchased, which improved the production efficiency and qualified rate of ceramic capacitor chips and finished products.

2. Patch production capacity construction: introduced three automatic production lines of patch porcelain dielectric capacity and patch varistor, which improved the efficiency of patch products.

3. Laboratory construction: 6 sets of product reliability test equipment (such as X-ray detector) were purchased, and the software and hardware of the laboratory reached the standard of product certification experiment, providing guarantee for product development, product verification and inspection. 4, material improvement: the performance of the main raw materials used in the product is improved, such as ceramic capacitor porcelain by reducing its loss to improve the electrical strength, improve the frequency characteristics, reduce the product heat, reduce the temperature rise of the product, improve the stability and service life of the product; At the same time, the technology of chip pressing, roasting and electrode production has been perfected. The development and use of double 85 packing material, improve the heat resistance and heat dissipation of the product, increase the humidity and heat resistance, meet the requirements of high frequency, high temperature and high pressure working environment of the product.

5. New product development Designed and developed many composite ceramic chip capacitor and ceramic packaging NTC thermistor, horizontal explosion-proof pressure sensitive resistor, through the new products such as pressure protector, and experimental certification, the products are respectively according to the need to achieve the high mechanical strength, high reliability and stability, high resistance to ground voltage, good environmental adaptability, such as performance, Improve the anti-electromagnetic final interference effect of HD video terminal, improve the quality of ULTRA HD video; Please see product patent and product diagram for product information.
